Deb Stallings
Co-Founder

Deb has been at the forefront of social justice movements for the past 30+ years. Her work to empower non-profits through fundraising, leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development has directly helped to advance equity and inclusion.

​

As an advocate for disability rights, gender equality, racial justice, and LGBTQ equality, and she's helped organizations raise millions of dollars through various approaches - from grassroots annual funds to large capital campaigns. Deb knows that successful resource development requires more than a cookie-cutter solution. She is innovative and highly effective, helping every client optimize what is unique about them.

In addition to consulting, Deb provides Interim Leadership to organizations in critical times of transition and as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, provides individual leadership development and coaching to bring to individuals the insight, support, and advocacy she's brought to organizations for the past three decades.

Deb is proud that her client roster comprises organizations doing work she, too, is passionate about, including East Bay Community Foundation, The Curve Foundation, Napa Valley Community Foundation, The PKD Foundation, Openhouse, The GLBT Historical Society, California School-Age Consortium, Hope In a Box, and Opera Parallèle.

A native of Tennessee, Deb moved to the Bay Area in 1996. In 2020, she moved to Maui to embrace the spirit of Aloha!
