Jenna Miller
Chief of Marketing
Jenna is fond of saying that she has had a very “non-traditional career arc,” which is just a nice way of saying she still hasn’t decided what she wants to be when she grows up. Her work history is dotted with strategic roles at respected organizations including Betterworks, Business Wire, Fluxx, and Optimizely, where she developed her skills in marketing, recruiting, and executive operations. Notably, Jenna played a significant part in fundraising for the San Francisco-based Horizons Foundation.
A consistent advocate for diversity and inclusivity, Jenna recently led the development of Betterworks' DEIB Initiative. Collaborating with team leaders, she has been instrumental in fostering an environment of awareness, allyship, and inclusivity.
Jenna has also showcased her written communication prowess as a contributing writer and editor for the book "Make Work Better" by Doug Dennerline and Jamie Aitken, further exemplifying her dedication to improving workplace dynamics.
Academically, Jenna holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco (2010) and a B.S. in Nutrition from U.C. Davis (2006). She is currently working toward her CPCC designation through the Co-Active Training Institute.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys family life in Los Angeles, CA, where she lives with her wife and two young children.
